“You build something once that could pay you forever. It is like an invention or a song or a book… or a business that runs itself.” - Richard Bliss Brooke
Asset Income is money you earn from an asset you own, like:
- rental property,
- a book, song or invention,
- a business system, or
- financial portfolio.

The Cash Flow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki is a guide to financial freedom for those who are ready to move beyond job security and enter the world of financial freedom; who want to take control of their financial future. It describes four ways people earn money in the business world.
People on the left side of the quadrant earn income by trading time for money. They work and get paid. We call this active income. When they don’t work, they don’t get paid.
People on the right side of the quadrant use leverage to put money in their pockets. They create or buy an asset that generates asset income.
Our business model, Network Marketing is in the Business quadrant. It is a business model that allows you to build asset income by leveraging the power of a team.
“Earned income is great for paying the bills. Asset income pays for life.”
